Terms and conditions of use and sale
Terms applicable to the use of the Rendivoa platform by client businesses.
Purpose
Rendivoa provides a SaaS service for appointment management and automation of the related communications (confirmations, reminders, cancellations, rescheduling).
Account and access
The business is responsible for its users' accounts and for the accuracy of the data entered. Roles and permissions allow sensitive actions to be restricted.
Acceptable use
The service is reserved for transactional messages related to appointments of consenting clients. The following are prohibited: unsolicited prospecting, mass sending, circumventing the limitations of messaging platforms and any unlawful content.
Subscription and billing
Monthly or annual plans with message quotas; 14-day free trial. Overages are billed as incurred after notification. Suspension for non-payment occurs after reminders.
Availability and support
Service provided with reasonable availability commitments; planned interruptions are notified. Email support, priority for Center and Enterprise plans.
Reversibility
Upon termination, the business can export all of its data (appointments, clients, messages); it is then deleted in accordance with the retention policy.
Provisional document provided as a mock-up: the final details (company name, registered office, host, jurisdiction) are centralized in the brand configuration and must be validated by legal counsel before the official launch.
